Third Thursday Concert on April 18, Synnet. Directed by David Searle. On the third Thursday of each month, from September through May, the Eastman School of Music and the Memorial Art Gallery present varied concert programs by faculty and guest artists featuring Eastman’s Italian Baroque Organ. These programs are free with Gallery admission after 5pm and are made possible by the Rippey Endowed Trust. Admission is free for University of Rochester ID holders. All concerts begin at 7:30pm. Please arrive early as seating is limited and available on a first-come basis.

Concert for Justice

Third Presbyterian Church, East Avenue and Meigs Street, will present a Concert for Justice on April 21 at 4:00pm to raise awareness for local organizations working for housing justice, climate justice and LGBTQIA justice. Third Church’s Chancel Choir will sing for Rochester Area Interfaith Climate Action (RAICA), Transpose: Ithaca Queer Singers Alliance will sing for Arnett House, and Thomas Warfield will sing for Family Promise of Greater Rochester.
